The "Develop" tier is capped at 1k casts per month and no overage is allowed. On paid tiers, cast limits can be exceeded and will be billed at the following overage rates: "Launch" tier overage is charged at $0.012 per cast "Grow" tier overage is charged at $0.0036 per cast "Scale" tier overage is charged at $0.0024 per cast Overages will be billed in bundles of 1k casts
Credit and Debit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work with Playmigo. Prepaid Cards If you have a prepaid card with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express logo, you can enter your card’s information on our payment page. If the bank that issued the card approves our authorization request, we will accept this card for payment.
Playmigo is a monthly subscription service and we will charge you every month on the date you signed up. If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in a given month, you’ll be billed on the last day of that month instead. Monthly charges are billed at the beginning of your billing cycle and may take a few days after the billing date to appear on your account.
Playmigo was unable to collect a payment because the card issuer or financial institution rejected the monthly charge. To resolve the issue, sign in to your Playmigo account and update or change your payment method. We will verify the new information, and notify you as soon as the payment is successful. If you're still having trouble updating your account with new payment information, you may want to reach out to your card issuer or financial institution to ensure the payment information is up to date and supports e-commerce transactions.
If you would like to see your billing history, click on "Billing Details" from the "Your Account" page. You can also select individual dates to see and print that month's invoice.
When terminating a more expensive Monthly Plan to downgrade to a less expensive Monthly Plan, or when changing plan types at your request, no refunds or credits are generally offered.
To terminate (cancel) any of the Monthly Plans, you must log into your account, click “Help” and then “Support” to submit a ticket instructing us to cancel the account. Upon receiving and processing the notice, the account will be closed as per the “Account Closure” section of the terms of service.
You will no longer be able to cast until the next monthly cycle begins.
